About dmx55

  1. Thanks for helping. This is just normal text in text notes. The error box pops up with the text "Failed to decrypt content". This is consistent with getting the password incorrect. And yet the same password decrypts on Windows and iOS. I think the only unusual thing on Android is that the Android device encryption has been enabled.
  2. I posted a few months ago about the Android version being unable to decrypt note-parts which have been encrypted. All decryption works fine on the same notes notes in Windows and on my iPad. i changed my Abdroid phone and upgraded to,lollipop and sadly, still the same problem. Is there going to be a fix formthe Android version at all ? the issue is readily repeatablle thanks
  3. please fix this bug. it is making evernote unusable on ipad versions iOS 8.1.1 Evernote 7.6.2 the only way to unfreeze it is to uninstall and reinstall the entire app
  4. I used to be able to see encrypted parts of notes on my Android phone. I still CAN see the data with my IPad and Windows client (so I know the password is still the same ). Im guessing decrypting notes on Android is no longer supported ? Or is it nit supported on Android where the whole device has been encrypted via Android security? Its annoying because Android on Evernote keeps reporting an error message telling me Ive got the wrong password - when its clear that I have entered the right password.
