I have been fighting a similar situation today. I took a snapshot on my Android handset and saved the note. When I bring up the note on my Win7 client (laptop, chrome app) to edit it and add some URL's, the note is there, but I can not get any of my changes to apply to the note. The check mark in the toolbar to "finish" the editing is grey and won't click. There is no other way to force a sync on the client. /frustrated
