Also a premium user and fan of Mac/Mail looking for this shortcut to use Evernote + GTD. I did, it was pretty simple and it now works beautifully. I tried EverMail too but it was not as quick and only does 1 message at a time. This keyboard shortcut is actually better than the plug-in button for Outlook.
