  1. Maya's instructions sounded very good. Unfortunately I don't have 6 menues accross... So, I still have the issue. With me it is French, not Japanese, and I do speak French, all the same not good enough to want EN support in this language. Having no 6 menues - and no answer from support for about 2 weeks what shall I do? Even from my own account site - fully correct in English - when selecting "support" it goes to "https://evernote.com/intl/fr/". Changing the language in the language tab bottom right does not have any effect. My computer (MAC) language is English, browser language is English (with second priority German), EN is English anyway, ... -? Thanks for any help! ChJu
