  1. I was just sent a Return Label for my Jot so it can be replaced. Sounded like a faulty Jot.
  2. Tried the spring, no difference. Sent support an email but have not heard back yet.
  3. I am using an iPad and at first my Jot worked just fine but now I can't keep it on. I turn it on, then sync it, it says it found it but then it stops. I have changed batteries but no difference. Very frustrating that this started to act like this in a meeting. Less than 12 months old. How do I get this resolved?
