  1. Thank you everyone for your replies! @gazumped: I will try the 'forgotten password'. Thanks for the suggestion. @BurgersNFries: Unfortunately I only relied on Evernote's cloud as my backup. I now know never to do that anymore... @ScottLougheed: Hopefully so! Though I'm not sure how that happened. The only thing that might have happened during that period of time was me logging in from a different country. @charboyd: Thank you for doing that!!
  2. I am SO FRUSTRATED at Evernote, more so now then when my problem started because even after sending 2 tickets (#584707, ##599371) to support, I don't receive any reply whatsoever. I am losing faith in this app. I noticed my problem mid June. At that time I had not used Evernote for close to 2 months and when I logged in to use it, I saw that all my old notes are gone both from my iPad app and from the online account!! I checked my account summary and I don't recognise my username; I remember it to just be my email address. Also, it stated that I have been a member since 2nd June this year which is not true because I have been using Evernote since last July. I last updated the iPad Evernote app on 7th June. The Evernote version I have on my iPad now is version 7.4.0. All I want is to retrieve my notes. Is there any chance that my notes are on an Evernote server somewhere? Please help, the notes are precious to me.
