    This option is only available for Evernote Business users, however there is one workaround I can offer. If you need the information reflected on your current receipt, you can try the following:

    1. Navigate to Evernote Account Settings and view the Profile option.
    2. Next to Contact enter all of the business information you need.
    3. Select Save Changes.

    Then go to the Purchase History section and view your receipt. The business information you added to your profile will be down on the right.

     

  2. Hi @drkempnh - I'm a bit surprised to see this, as I was the one who took your ticket and emailed you. You responded stating that you had already resolved the issue. You then requested to be escalated to management, which I did that same day. Because you told me you had resolved the issue, no further troubleshooting was done.

    Chat support is a feature available for Premium and Business subscribers. If you feel you would benefit from this type of support, you can upgrade your account from Plus to Premium at any time. If you'd prefer to remain at the Plus level, you have the option of submitting a support request via email.

    Typical you make grandiose claims about something then when someone calls you out you get bent out of shape like you lost your best friend.. come back when you speak the points instead of trying to make it seem like you have something to prove.

    Is that still barking or sneering or are you going to actually contribute to the conversation instead of trying to make more irrelevant comments?  Maybe you can find some kids to play with or play in traffic.. you obviously need a lot of attention.

    @rjparker1 - Please be respectful of other members on the forum. This is a place for discussion, people are allowed to voice their opinions. We will not tolerate this type of treatment.

    Please try recreating your Evernote note index to resolve this.

    If Evernote is not crashing:

    1. Open Evernote
    2. Hold the Option key down on the keyboard and click Help in the menu bar.
    3. Go to Troubleshooting and select Recreate Full Text Search Index.

    If Evernote is crashing:

    1. Open Finder, then select Go > Go To Folder from the menu bar.
    2. If you have the Mac App Store build, paste: ~/Library/Containers/com.evernote.Evernote/Data/Library/Application Support/com.evernote.Evernote/accounts/www.evernote.com/ . If you have the direct download build, paste: ~/Library/Application Support/com.evernote.Evernote/accounts/www.evernote.com/
    3. Locate and open the numbered folder
    4. Locate and delete the folder called note.index
    5. Open Evernote

    Hi @dklement - I'm showing your Evernote account has been deactivated, however your subscription was paid via iTunes. Due to limitations imposed by Apple (not under Evernote's control), we're unable to cancel an iTunes subscription on your behalf, nor can we verify that you've turned off auto-renewal for this subscription. We cannot downgrade your Evernote subscription and sever the Evernote account from the iTunes subscription.

    You can cancel your subscription through iTunes using the steps found here, and can view the subscription status by going directly to your 'Manage Subscriptions' settings in iTunes here.

This issue should be resolved in the latest version of the Evernote Web Clipper (6.11), however you'll need to also ensure your Privacy settings are set to either "Allow from websites I visit" or "Always allow". If you're still experiencing this issue after verifying you're on the updated version and the settings are set appropriately, please submit a support request so our Technical Support Team can help investigate this further.

    I am a Plus subscriber and an Evernote since 2012.  Never have I seen the level of responsiveness from support so low.

    The most recent example was this week when is I reported two problems with Evernote for Outlook, early Monday, February 13th.
    I followed all the guidelines and included a logbook file.

    The only response I received was an automated response stating someone from the support team would get back to me.
    I AM STILL WAITING!

    You can upgrade your Plus subscription to Premium without losing the additional six months you received when subscribing during the promotional period. To upgrade from Plus to Premium, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Evernote Account Settings and view the Account Summary
    2. Next to Account Level select Manage Subscription
    3. From the choices, select Premium, then choose the annual option
    4. Select Confirm Update

    The prorated price difference will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

    Hi @Aliviel - The Premium subscription doesn't count towards the cost of the Business subscription. When a Premium account with more than one month remaining on it is upgraded to Business, you'll receive an email containing an activation link with the remainder of the Premium. It looks like that email was sent to you yesterday morning (February 8th).

    Our team is aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it. In the meantime, you should be able to access your content normally using Firefox.
