About JBmatt

  1. This is a different problem than reported by the original poster. Even so, Evernote for Windows (and I believe for mac as well) has had the ability to paste in plain text for quit awhile. Select rich text from some application (web, etc.). Go to Evernote, and use Ctrl+Shift+V to paste it in as unformatted text. And it does it without modifying the contents of your clipboard as a side-effect. Now if you're talking about being able to copy formatted text to the clipboard as plain text, then maybe puretext would be able to help there... I think what you mean is that Evernote has the ability
  2. The best work around I found: http://www.stevemiller.net/puretext/ Use windows+v to paste in plain text. It's sad that Evernote has been unable to implement this kind of function as it is relatively simple to do. Thanks Steve Miller.
