Right now I can link notes to existing events in my calendar, but there isn't a way to create a new event from within a note. I have to create an event in Google Calendar, then go back to Evernote and link my notes to that event. It's a lot of back and forth. I would like to be able to create an event, from within a note.

Let's say I'm taking notes for class, and I have homework assigned, I want to create an event on my calendar from within the note. Then in a few days when it's time to do my homework, the event and note are already linked and ready to go.

I would like the option to use Simplified Article when clipping on Android.

I need to export one of my notebooks, but keep all of the attachments intact. I have notes, and saved assignments(attachments) that I need to move to another database. I would like to keep the notes, tags, dates and attached files when I import them into the new database.

Agreed, having a widget for reminders would be fantastic.

Clip without formatting and you can highlight til your heart's content. 

The new web and desktop clients have the toolbar split into top and bottom. At the top is the notebook, then a bunch of empty space as the tags are listed at the bottom. I think this makes for a relatively poor UI/UX. The notebook and tags should be together up top, that way all the note information (and editing tools) is in one location allowing easy access for users, and more space below to write notes.

Kidding aside, it's super stable and fantastic to use. I would try it out for yourself. Click on your name/profile icon, then select Try the New Evernote Web.

Ah, it's in the Evernote Web Beta (which is almost out of Beta). I use it exclusively, it works fantastically.

Highlighting is alive and well on Evernote web,it has been for a while now. 

Not sure what your talking about, the new version of EN isn't live for Android yet. I just tested it, I attached a PDF no problem.

Nope, but it's a rollout from Google, so it may just take time. Update your Google app, maybe sign up for the beta. I'm running version 11.30.9.21.arm64 of the Google app.

Google just announced a new API for apps and services to plug into Google Assistant voice commands. I would love to be able to make voice notes and reminders with Assistant/Evernote again.

The new Beta Note Editor has the Notebook and editing tools on top, and tags on bottom. There is a bunch of wasted white space on the top bar that could easily fit tags. If everything were on the top bar/ribbon it would make for a really good UX, all of the note management and editing tools would be in one place. Please consider moving the bottom tag ribbon to the top, every other note editor/word processor/markup tool, has the tools in a top bar/ribbon. Having a top bar has been standard UI for years because it's naturally at eye level and is easier for users to find the option or tool they're looking for.

TickTick is an amazing todo list/ task management app with built in teams, kanban, pomodoro, lists, tags and reminders. I and many others (millions of people) use TickTick every day. It would be amazing if I could sync notes and reminders to TickTick.

They are working on releasing a REST API later this year, and creating more integrations with more apps (https://ticktick.com/integrations)

Throwing in my support. I use EN heavily for saving articles and for school notes and homework. I'd love to be able to put an EN link straight to the tags for each of my classes in the shortcuts on my favorites bar on my browser, or to set my browser homepage to go to my !Inbox tag so I can address or read anything new as soon as I open Chrome.

I want to copy note links to other sources outside of EN, but I don't want the links to be sharable, I'm the only person that needs access to these notes. Basically, I use EN for school, as I create notes for class notes and homework, I want to copy the link into my Task List app, that way I when a reminder to do an assignment pops up, I can tap/click the EN link and it'll open up the note for that assignment. But no one else needs access to the notes, I'd like to keep them as private so only I can access them. Is there a way to do that?

The New en Web client has full highlight features now.

I have one notebook for all of my college notes, I use tags to organize and filter by class. This would be a super helpful feature to be able to share my notes.

You can sort your notes by date created, updated or alphabetical. You can also use reminders to "pin" your notes to the top.

PDF attachments are currently collapsable. You can view them as an attachment, or view the PDF within the note. It would be great if users could do the same with images. When I take notes for class, sometimes I have images as a part of my notes. The issue is that I have big pictures in the middle of my notes, I'd like to be able to collapse and expand pictures like I can PDFs.
