As a user, who uses Evernote to make my home office paperless to handle incoming bills and alike
I want Evernote to place tags on my notes as they scanned and OCR'd based on a learning based algorithm or a list of predefined keywords
so that I do not need to add to frequently used tags such "cellphone bill", "utilities", etc.
