Can't sign in -- "offline" in BlackBerry Help Posted April 10, 2014 I got a request to reinstall over the air, which I did to no avail. I've done the install/reinstall three or four times now. I then got a note saying to basically stand by. Nothing since then. Yesterday I tried chatting with support, and the fellow re-expedited my request. But still haven't gotten any help except to reinstall, which hasn't worked. The ticket is 442039 (and maybe now also 452234). Thanks.
