  1. I got a request to reinstall over the air, which I did to no avail.  I've done the install/reinstall three or four times now.  I then got a note saying to basically stand by.  Nothing since then.  Yesterday I tried chatting with support, and the fellow re-expedited my request.  But still haven't gotten any help except to reinstall, which hasn't worked.  The ticket is 442039 (and maybe now also 452234).  Thanks.

The Evernote app on my Blackberry Torch 9800 seems to have stopped working for some reason.  It now tells me I'm offline, although I'm not (phone calls, texts, emails, web, etc. all work fine, whether over AT&T or wifi).  I tried reinstalling, and then I tried reinstalling over the air.  Finally I wiped my phone to get rid of an old IT policy that an old job had put on the phone so that I could get their email without two devices -- and failed to totally take off before I left. I was afraid might be interfering, but even without the policy I still got the offline message.  Finally I found an older version of Evernote, installed that, and this time I got a "file not found" message instead.  I'm a premium user and have put in a request, but it's been four days with no answer.  If anyone has any idea how to get this working, I'd be grateful.  Eventually I'll upgrade the phone anyway, but for now I'm still enjoying a real keyboard.  Thanks.
