allow the options on merging files permanent

What I mean was make the merge options permanent in the settings instead of us clicking on them everytime we merge two files , just like Legacy -
allow the options when merging files to be permanent , instead of deselct them everytime we merge files ie. Separate merged content with divider lines Include not titles in merged content this new Evernote pales in comparison to Evernote Legacy loads very slow no robust options

Clip Screenshot is the function I use most on EN, I hope the developers would develop a shortcut for this function in Windows 10
