  1. Hi Nancys. If you're wanting to use an older version of Evernote, first uninstall your current version. Then you go to https://evernote.en.uptodown.com/android/versions and choose a version to try. I'm using 8.13.3 for Android, which seems fairly good. I then go into Google Play Store on my ph and into my account (which is on the top right) and then settings and turn off automatic updates.
  2. Hi Shane, Please look at the comments at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.evernote . I'm a long-time user of Evernote and have over 4700 Notes. I've been very happy with Evernote generally, but have had some problems lately, which I contacted Evernote about and tried to work through the issue. No solution was found however. Apparently I'm not the only one having problems. Long time users of Evernote are still having major issues with the Android app since this update on the 24th of June 2021. Long-time users who used to give this app a high rating are now giving it the lowest rating of 1 star and uninstalling it! I'm in Australia and have the latest Android version available of 8.13.3. It seems that upgrading to a newer version is probably going to make my Android app unusable, so I am thinking I may need to look to using an alternative like OneNote if the bugs aren't fixed soon. Please reply and give Evernote users hope that the once great app will get fixed. Thanks.
  3. Older versions are available here: https://evernote.en.uptodown.com/android/versions I've had this issue of the note being unavailable and then losing the info, so I'm now trying version 8.13 from 14 Mar 2020 to see if I still keep getting the problem.
  4. Problem solved :-) My friend who wasn't receiving my Work Chats needed to reset his Evernote password! His Evernote account had been inactive for so long it wasn't working.
  5. Hi. I have Evernote installed on my Windows 7 computer and I'm running the latest free version of Evernote. I have created notes and clicked "Share", "Share note"and my friends are NOT receiving any email at all with a link to the note. Their emails end in @gmail.com and @scpc.org.au They did check their spam folders, and the emails didn't end up there. When I share a note via Work Chat to my work email address (ending in @fsn.org.au) it did work. Please help!!
