I'm astonished that import folders just vanished in the new release without any effort at notification. I even looked in the release notes and there seems to be no mention of it. I did a search in help and as far as the KB knows, the import folders function is still there. This is pretty shoddy customer service. I love the product, and have been using it for almost ten years. This is not the way to keep customers happy, or even to keep customers period. Also, as others have said, please reinstate the sync button. The auto sync is fine in the background, but not always sufficient.
