  1. Thanks for the reply, but that is not right: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005157 That message just means that paid users can choose their preferred app. Free users have to use Google Authenticator. And anyway, there is no way to enable an email or text option for a free user. The process requires receiving a text message and verifying it before anything can happen. Here is where it gets stuck: If I click on the "Didn't receive" link the whole thing starts again. PS I was a subscriber before, for several years.
  2. I am having exactly the same problem, is this a bug? Any advice is appreciated.
  3. This is still a problem. In addition to my initial report, the email history is not being filtered out, so I am getting duplicates in the clip, making me spend time deleting extraneous text and cleaning up the formatting. It is hardly worth using now.
  4. Hi, has anyone else noticed a change in the formatting of Gmail clips? I am using clipper version 6.9 on Chrome. Now although there is a clearer link to "open conversation in Gmail", it is much harder to see the division between emails in a thread. I have attached an example. Now I need to manually insert a horizontal rule in order to see where the separate emails start.
  5. I'm wondering this too. It seems Clearly doesn't have any exclusive features now, but have I missed one?
  6. Hi, the webclipper 6.1 on Windows 7 Chrome has been doing the following in recent days: When I clip a webpage and then click on the the "Open in Evernote" button it opens the note in my web browser and also tried to open it in my Evernote client, and I get the error: "The note link refers to a note that no longer exists". Please see the attached image. What could be my troubleshooting steps to solve this?
