  1. To compare Websites to an application is to compare Apples to Oranges. A website represents the Art of an individual, or company. It is presented in a format that they believe is best. An application has the ability to be designed in a format that the end-user likes. You can't change a menu style in a web site, but you can in an app, etc. With that said, yes you can change the display format in browsers, this feature has been around for years and has been in place to help those with vision impairments. To tell customers how they should, or should not, post their views on a topic is wrong. If I believe that a topic has value, but I do not feel the need to type up a wordy reply then as a customer I should be able to do so. No one, especially someone who is not an employee of Evernote, should suggest to customers how they should reply to support a topic. If the developers do view this forum, I highly doubt they read every single post. If it were me, I'd look at the "+1's" and if there were a lot then I'd consider it a feature that may need to be added. Also, general rule in customer service, for every 1 complaint, or compliment, it is generally believed there are 30 other people that feel the same way but don't want to put the time in to add their opinion. I came to this forum to find out if there was a way to change the theme. I give this posting a +1.
