So this is pretty awesome. Its 1092034834758374584 times better than the official widget. However I'm somewhat nervous of continually allowing a 3rd party app access to my evernotes. The ultimate (not evernote) solution I've found is a gnotes (www.gnotes.me). I can edit the exact same note on the widget/app and the website. Its incredibly useful.

What I (and I highly suspect others) are asking for is a note you can edit on the home screen of the phone. I find this immensely helps me jot down things I need to remember, and gives me a chance to properly store and sort the items when I'm in front of my laptop. I don't understand why the current widget forces you to view three notes, even if you set it to only match a single note.

I really wish the Evernotes widgets was updated to do this FWIW, Google Keep does this somewhat well. But its not anywhere the same if Evernote would get around to doing this ... I've attached a screenshot of the Google Keep widget in action.
