I completely agree -- I too lost data inexplicably from an important note stored in Evernote and after reporting twice to EN Support still haven't received any support on how to get it back or avoid the problem in the future. Every attempt to resolve on my own ultimately leads to a suggestion to upgrade to Premium or Business. Why on Earth would I pay for a more advanced version of a product that has already failed miserably in its most basic version? And why would anyone trust their business information to such a flukey platform? Disappointed, EN.
