I bought Noteshelf 2 and it syncs perfectly with Evernote.  Everything about it beats Penultimate, I love it.

Just looked at their website..it looks great so I'm going to do the same by the looks of it.  Sad really but I ain't waiting any longer!

Update:  Now using Noteshelf2 - Its awesome.  Bye penultimate. 

Same for me, i can't drag a new notebook into a stack!  Desktop Evernote on Mac/Mojave

What are your plans for this app Evernote? Its time to invest or get off the pot. Either update the app or just improve evernote to use pencil. Either option is fine.
