    I bought Noteshelf 2 and it syncs perfectly with Evernote. Everything about it beats Penultimate, I love it.

    Just looked at their website..it looks great so I'm going to do the same by the looks of it. Sad really but I ain't waiting any longer! Update: Now using Noteshelf2 - Its awesome. Bye penultimate.
