Thanks DRLow, but when I do that I get an error message: "Oops, we encountered an error," then it sends me to support pages that don't help.

Hi all, I am trying to contact support. I did not know I was on auto-renew and they just renewed me for a year. I do not want premium for a year and would like to cancel without having to go through the hassle of contacting my credit card company. I have spent a half hour trying to figure out how to contact them without success.
