Now that Surefocus has stopped functioning, is there any other app? The lack of notifications is driving me nuts. I've been using Evernote for around 10 years as a paid user... Notifications of note changes in shared notebooks is a pretty basic function and I'm surprised Evernote hasnt included this yet. How difficult is it to implement?

Yes there are lots of workarounds which all take extra time and slow down the collaborative process unfortunately... and once you start working with evernote tables it is very difficult to export your work as the formatting messes up... and then there is the matter of timestamping of the comments, whether or not they've been read etc... with rivals such as Notejoy out now that do seamless collaboration I think it's time for Evernote to pick up its game as they are losing the edge they once had...

I would like to be able to comment on notes (collaborate) the way googledocs or notejoy do it. at present it is very cumbersome to keep sharing a note with a person and then adding to the chat. if we could keep note comments together it would speed up the process thanks
