  1. Shane D.'s post in Set multiple Reminders in a Note was marked as the answer
    Hi All,
You may have noticed that all threads requesting the ability to setup multiple reminders within a note have been merged into this thread, regardless of platform specificity.
This was done in order to better enable us to quantify and qualify user requests, and amplify their voice.
While this does not mean this is a feature that will be coming, we certainly want to relay user feedback/sentiment to our various teams.
Moving forward, please put all commentary and votes for the ability to setup multiple reminders within a note here!

  6. Shane D.'s post in How can I restore deleted notes? was marked as the answer
    Hi there,
Whenever you delete a note it will be sent to your Evernote Trash.
Meaning, you should be able to recover any deleted notes as long as they are in your Evernote Trash.
However, if you empty your Evernote Trash, or delete a note from the Evernote Trash, then that note is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
Locating the Evernote Trash is different depending on the device/platform you're using.
    Please see this:

    I hope this helps!
  7. Shane D.'s post in What are the max number of notes allowed to be saved in an Evernote Account? was marked as the answer
    @wcarozza
The overall note limit for an Evernote Account is 100,000 personal for Basic, Plus, and Premium users, and 100,000 personal + 500,000 business for Business users.
    https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005247-What-are-the-system-limits-of-Evernote-
Generally speaking, Evernote shouldn't have problems with notes/notebooks as long as they are within those limits.
However, factors such as the type of device and internet connection you're using may impact your experience.
Hopefully, this helps to clarify for you, but feel free to DM me if you have any other questions!

  8. Shane D.'s post in What happened to Evernote Food? was marked as the answer
    Thank you for reaching out,
As of September 30, 2015, Evernote discontinued support for Evernote Food (both iOS and Android) and we won’t be making any further updates to the app.
These changes were made right before the launch of iOS 9. Meaning, Evernote Food may not work properly on anything above iOS 8.
However, you should be able to access any notes from Evernote Food that successfully synced with our servers by accessing your Evernote Account.
To access your Evernote Account go here, then use the email and login credentials that you used for Evernote Food to access your Evernote Account.
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to recover access to any notes from Evernote Food that did not sync successfully with our servers.
Feel free to reach out to me via DM if you have any other questions!
  9. Shane D.'s post in Why DoubleClick and Tealiumiq 3rd party cookies in web browser? was marked as the answer
    @EdH
    Thanks for reaching out!
Tealium and Doubleclick are both tools used for user analytics.
You can find them listed on our Vendors page in our Privacy Center.
To clarify, while we don’t mention Doubleclick explicitly on that vendors page, it is an incorporated tool within Google Analytic’s suite.
If you go to https://www.google.com/analytics/360-suite/, you can find out more regarding Doubleclick.
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to me via DM!

  11. Shane D.'s post in Why does clearing browser cache/cookies force me to login with my credentials each time? was marked as the answer
@Tommyx Thank you for reaching out!
In this case, the issue where you are logged out of the web clipper when you clear your cookies/cache is expected behavior.
The reason being is that whenever you login to the web clipper it creates an authentication token that is stored in the cookies/cache.
Clearing the cookies/cache removes that authentication token. Meaning, the next time you open the web clipper you will need to login again to create another authentication token.
If you have any questions, feel free to message me directly!
