    Hi All,
It looks like we had a few threads related to the same issue, so I've merged them all here in order to better enable us to quantify the number of users experiencing it.
We'll follow-up here once we have more information.

    Hi All,
First, @rdj999 We’re very glad to hear @AgnesP was able to help you resolve the missing data issue through a support ticket!
For everyone else - in some cases, particularly for those with large accounts, it can take up to ~5 minutes for all notes to appear.
If you’re still noticing issues with missing notes or data after that period of time, please let us know!
  5. Shane D.'s post in Sync Issues/Connectivity Issues [Especially if in Vietnam] was marked as the answer
    Hi All,
As we know this can be frustrating for those affected, Evernote has implemented security features intended to prevent cyber attacks.
In some limited cases, these features may block users from accessing our service. We are working hard to prevent this from happening.
Please reach out to our support team, or myself directly, for assistance if you are being prevented from accessing our service.
  6. Shane D.'s post in Restoring versions from note history - FIXED was marked as the answer
    Hi All,
    Thank you for reaching out!
We have confirmed the issue you have described, and are working to get it fixed as soon as we are able.
In the meantime,  you can export the previous version from Evernote Web and then use the desktop app to import it.
I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any questions!

  7. Shane D.'s post in emailed notes not appearing was marked as the answer
    Hi All,
The email issue should now be resolved, and you should be able to email notes into your account.
Any emails that were sent while this issue was occurring should begin to show up in your Evernote Accounts.
However, if it still hasn't shown up and you need it immediately, please retry emailing the note and see if it now appears.
Please continue to let us know if you're encountering further issues!

  8. Shane D.'s post in Evernote Salesforce Integration was marked as the answer
@Incloud Thank you for reaching out!
We are in the process of resolving this issue, but in the meantime, you can still download Evernote for Salesforce by going here:
    https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t0H000000tI0F&isdtp=p1
You may see the warning, “You’re installing a Non-Salesforce Application that is not authorized for distribution as part of Salesforce’s AppExchange Partner Program”. Salesforce sends this warning for direct download apps, but it is safe to use.
Hopefully, this will help resolve the issue, but let me know if you have any questions!

  10. Shane D.'s post in Limited sign ins? was marked as the answer
Hi everyone,     I understand there's some confusion around the recent changes to the device limit/unsync screen.     We recently updated how the unsyncing-from-the-device-limit screen works to discourage Evernote Basic customers from actively using it to circumvent the limit on devices that can be used for free. Historically, customers were allowed to use this screen to unsync devices whenever they wanted, effectively creating an “honor system.” Unfortunately, we’ve determined that a number of customers have been abusing this system. As a result, we’ve decided to implement a new limit of allowing Evernote Basic customers to unsync from the device limit screen only twice per month.     For customers who consistently use more than two devices, we recommend upgrading to Evernote Premium. Not only does Premium allow you to use unlimited devices, it allows you to search within PDFs and attachments, create custom templates, and more. Customers who wish to remain with Evernote Basic should limit their use to two devices.     Please let me know if you have any other questions.
  11. Shane D.'s post in Is Evernote ready for macOS Catalina? was marked as the answer
    Hey All,
    Thanks for reaching out!
Yes, Skitch should work for Catalina.
However, you may need to toggle/change a setting.
Please go to Security & Privacy> Screen Recording, and allow Skitch.
Let me know if the issue persists after doing this.

  12. Shane D.'s post in connection issue behind corporate proxy was marked as the answer
    Hi there,
    Thanks for reaching out!
When Evernote attempts to connect to the Internet for syncing purposes, it uses the operating system's default browser Internet settings. The easiest way to check that these settings are configured properly is to visit the following two URLs using Internet explorer:
    http://www.evernote.com/Login.action
    https://www.evernote.com/Login.action
Evernote utilizes TCP ports 80 and 443 for connection to Evernote's web service, so both of these ports need to be accessible by the Evernote application. If you're unable to access either of the URLs mentioned above via web browser, it's unlikely the Evernote desktop application will be able to sync successfully.
If you're unable to sync at your office, it's possible that your employer's IT security policy is disallowing access to services like Evernote. If you're unsure, contact your company's IT department for clarification.
  13. Shane D.'s post in Can't Take it Any Longer - Migrate Out of Evernote was marked as the answer
    Hi All,
I do my best to limit any censoring of content, but unfortunately, this thread seems to have run off the rails from it's original topic quite a bit.
In this case, I'm going to lock the thread.
I'll leave it open to still be viewed as I am sure there is some good, relevant information here.
I'm not going to point any fingers, but please refrain from taking a thread off-topic, and keep any personal discussions in the direct messages.
I'd prefer to not have to take any restrictive actions.
Feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any other questions!

    Hi All,
You may have noticed that all threads requesting Inline Tags/Anchor Points have been merged into this thread, regardless of platform specificity.
(This is a separate request from the ability password protect the Evernote App itself)
This was done in order to better enable us to quantify and qualify user requests, and amplify their voice.
While this does not mean this is a feature that will be coming, we certainly want to relay user feedback/sentiment to our various teams.
Moving forward, please put all commentary and votes for Inline Tags/Anchor Points here!

    @GNito Thanks for reaching out!
Yes, you can revoke all devices from the devices settings in Evernote Web.
    To do so, go here:
    https://www.evernote.com/Devices.action
There, you can force a log out from the devices from one location.
    Hope this helps!

@Deac Thank you for reaching out!
Yes, this can be done by doing the following:
Long press on the watch face, then tap the ‘Customize’ button that appears at the bottom of the watch screen Using the digital crown, scroll through the complications until you get to Evernote Please know, there is a known issue that is preventing the Evernote complication from working on the series 4 watches. It is something we're working to address, and I'll provide an update once it has been resolved.

    Thank you for reaching out!
While you should be able to freely email notes into your Evernote Account with your Premium Subscription, there are some limitations.
First, there is a limit of 200 emails per day that can be emailed into an Evernote Account for Plus/Premium users. (Generally, users don't encounter this issue unless they are using some sort of auto-forwarding that sends a high volume of emails into their Evernote Account an a daily basis)
Next, there is the note size limit of 50 mb for Plus users, and 200 mb for Premium users. Meaning, if the size of the email that is being sent to the Evernote Account exceeds those limits, the emailed note cannot be created.
Also, there is the email client size limit, which varies per email client. For example, Gmail has a 25 mb limit on attachments. If you are exceeding that limit, then the email will not be successfully sent to the Evernote service, and will not appear as a note in your Evernote Account.
Please check to see that the emails you're sending meet these criteria, and certainly let me know if you're still encountering issues or have any questions!
