  1. Hey All, Thank you for reaching out! We've seen some reports from other users regarding the 'undefined' issue that @pohao described. Unfortunately, this issue stems from recent changes made to Gmail's U/I. We are aware of the issue, and are currently working to address it as quickly as we are able. In the meantime, you should be able to switch back to the old Gmail U/I and use the web clipper as a workaround solution until this issue has been fixed. I'll follow-up once I have more information, but feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any other questions!
  2. @Jordan Thompson We don't have any specific plans to add physical key support at this time. However, from the information you provided, it seems like a good feature request. In this case, I'm going to move this thread to the feature requests section where other users can voice their feedback and vote. We'll use the accumulated feedback/votes in our review of possible future feature additions/changes. Also, feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any other questions!
  3. Hi All, I wanted to chime in here and provide some clarification. At this time, the oldest version of Mac OS that is supported is Version 10.12. Meaning, any new versions of Evernote for Mac will only work on Mac OS Version 10.12 and newer. While we won't bar you from using older versions of Evernote for Mac, please know that since they are no longer supported you are using them at your own risk, and we cannot provide technical assistance for older versions of Evernote. I don't want to scare anyone, but just wanted to be clear. As always, if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me directly!
  4. Hey all, Thanks for posting, and please allow me to try and clarify a few things. First, in order to use templates via the Evernote Web Client, you must be using the New Evernote Web experience, which is only available for Safari and Chrome browsers at this time. After you've logged into the Web Client via Safari/Chrome, makes sure you're using the new web experience by clicking on your user icon located in the bottom left hand corner, and then select 'Switch to the new Evernote Web': Once you have successfully moved to the new Evernote Web, create a new note. (You must create a new note to do this. If you select an existing/older note, the ‘Templates’ button will not appear in the note body) Under the title of the note, slightly to the right, you should see the button 'Templates': If you click on 'Templates' you should see this screen: If you're still having trouble after trying the steps I mentioned please let me know!
  5. Thanks @CalS! Hi All, You may have noticed that all threads requesting the ability to pin notes to the top of a notebook have been merged into this thread, regardless of platform specificity. This was done in order to better enable us to quantify and qualify user requests, and amplify their voice. While this does not mean this is a feature that will be coming, we certainly want to relay user feedback/sentiment to our various teams. Moving forward, please put all commentary and votes for the ability to pin notes to the top of a notebook here!
  6. @Inndie Thank you for reaching out! First, my apologies as there was a thread that existed previously that addressed this topic but it was archived as a part of our ongoing plan to improve the discussion forums. That being said, I double checked with our security specialists to confirm that the information there is still accurate. In this case, Sticky Notes is a third party app managed by Edo-Soft, and it is initiating/handling that connection to ’http://hosting.edo-soft.com/'. As we have no control over Sticky Notes, it's proprietors, or their site, there isn't anything on our end that we can do. In this case, the best way to proceed would be to try and reach out to Edo-Soft directly. I was unable to find any contact information, but was able to locate their LinkedIn profile, so that may be the best way to connect with them. I hope this helps point you in the right direction, and feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any other questions!

  9. @mrstevevietnam Thank you for sharing! I'm actually going to move this the general feedback/feature request section as this type of feature addition would most likely be implemented across multiple platforms instead of a singular platform like Mac. Please continue to add suggestions/feedback regarding commenting here!
  10. @VegasVec Thank you for reaching out! Great catch on the spelling mistake. I've alerted our team and they'll look to fix it. The only restrictions on emailing into Evernote are your subscription level, and that the note being created via email does not exceed any of Evernote's system limits. Additionally, most email clients (Gmail, Outlook, etc) have restrictions on the size of the content that is being emailed out. From what you described, it sounds as though the attachment may have exceeded the file size restriction from your email client, or exceeded one of Evernote's system limits. Hopefully, this help to clarify!

  20. Hi there! I just tested this and was unable to reproduce the results you described. I grabbed an image and dragged it straight into a note in Evernote and the image copied over into the note successfully. To my knowledge there isn't anything we've changed about this functionality. What version of Evernote for Windows PC are you using? Does restarting Chrome and Evernote fix the issue? Are you able to drag/drop from different web browsers into Evernote?

  24. Hey All, I can assure you that we do look at user feedback in the forums, and we do our best to package that information and relay it to the development teams. As @gazumped mentioned, we don't provide definitive roadmaps for our future planned releases, functions, features, etc. That being said, we certainly believe we could do a better job with providing transparency/context when we do make changes, updates, etc, as well as how we capture and respond to users' sentiment/feedback. To elaborate, this is something we've been working on behind the scenes, and we are hopeful that you will start to see the fruits of that labor. Specifically for the forums, we've been in the process of adding customer support agents and resources to give us more eyes and ears within the forums. These agents and resources should better enable us to answer users' questions, provide context, and capture and respond to user feedback. Another challenge we face, and are working to address, is the sheer amount of data/content within the forums at present. Unfortunately, we still have a lot of old content within the forums that can make data aggregation and collection difficult, as well as impede a user's ability to find more relevant/updated content, threads, and answers. However, with more resources at our disposal, we will be better able to curate/organize forum posts and topics, remove irrelevant or outdated information, and enforce the Code of Conduct. That curation/organization involves relocating posts to more appropriate locations and merging similar threads/posts. As a byproduct, this should help to centralize the users' voice so that it is amplified and easier for us to quantify, as well as better enable users to find what they're looking for. I hope this helps, and certainly feel free to reach out to me directly if you have more questions!
