I gave up on Evernote because of this issue.

I thought I saw an update that mentioned something about fixing this problem, but apparently not. I could really use a better copy and paste with Evernote.

I agree. This is a very annoying problem. I would love to be able to copy and paste into email with the same format. Hopefully Evernote steps up and adds this much needed feature!
