    Thank you, agsteele! I finally got it figured out last night. That trying to start me off with a new account threw me off!

    After buying a new iPhone and transferring data to it, Evernote recognizes my name but no data. I have a personal plan. I eliminated old devices (from my computer). I see no way to add the new phone and get my data on it.
