  1. Thank you PinkElephant, At your suggestion I used AppCleaner to uninstall Evernote and all its files. I then downloaded the current Evernote v10.16.7 from the Evernote web site. After installing and signing in Evernote now works again perfectly as before. And thank you again.
  2. 6/30/21 iMac. Evernote version 10.16.7 iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) - macOS Big Sur 11.4 Evernote was ok yesterday and for a long time before but suddenly after restarting Evernote I got a gray/white window with an error window in the center: Something went wrong on our end, sorry about that. Please try restarting Evernote. Restart Quit . Neither choice does anything. I have to use Force Quit to quit Evernote. I have restarted Evernote on my iMac many times now always with the same result. I logged in to my account at evernote.com and all my notes are there ok and up to date THIS IS A DIRE SITUATION FOR ME. Obviously I cannot use the Evernote app on my iMac until I can fix this problem. After Force Quit I get Console Crash log that starts: Process: Evernote [7679] Path: /Applications/Evernote.app/Contents/MacOS/Evernote Identifier: Evernote Version: 10.16.7 (458707) App Item ID: 406056744 App External ID: 842758641 Code Type: X86-64 (Native) Parent Process: ??? 3. Evernote 6.11 today was suddenly having formatting problems when I copied all of an email in MAIL and pasted it into Evernote. I now have 6.11.1 Beta 1 and this has solved most of the problems. But I still have to move the cursor around until a 4 way arrow cursor appears and then drag to expand the column that is too narrow. Previously I never needed to do any of this. So the beta version does solve most of the problems I was having but also it is not transparent in the way it works. If you need more exact info, I have documented the old and the new. Ian Underwood
