    There has got to be a way to exit out of a creation of a note if I change my mind about creating a note or decide that I want another note format. You have to go through multiple steps to create the note and then delete it after it has been created. A "cancel" option would be more elegant.

    Right now, you have to save a penultimate note into a default folder within Penultimate. In order to put it in its proper place (if you use folders, like I do) is to drag and drop it into the target folder within EN. Not a seamless experience and disrupts the workflow.

    Agreed. Handwriting annotation on a pdf AND the handwriting to be searchable within Evernote.
