Thanks PinkElephant, I unistalled and re-installed evernote but still keep freezing. There is any way to make a more clean unistallation without using third party software (we can use only validated and approved applications)? Or any other try I can make?

Hello, I keep creating link on the Android Home page of most used Notes from Evernote, but they keep disappearing after few days. I suspect is linked with Android Background or Unused app cleaning activity but I have not yet been able to find the root cause. Any suggestion?

Hi, as you all know I can modify excel file attached to Notes on Windows and save back to the note. While I'm not able to do this on Android, it simply says save a copy. Any way to make chance and save in the note back in android as well?

Hi Colpip, is the same issue I'm experiencing, Evernote just open latest Note or the note that is already open. I made a ticket to technical support and wants to level 2. Waiting their solution but I did not get any splution timing estimation.

I made another step forward. The same link copied from the note as copy app link, works if pasted in a "new shortcut" while does not work if pasted in Word. The more I investigate and the more seems to be linked with the app (Word or outlook in this case) rather than to evernote. Any idea?

I discovered that the same link to app copied in evernote works if I create a shortcut on desktop, while does not work if I copy in Word or Outlook items and click on it. Start to think that somehow Microsoft App create the issue.

Thanks Gazumped, as I mentioned above definitively the web link works. What is not working is the App Link. Could you confirm that with latest version of Evernote (Evernote 10.46.7 this is my version) you are able to open correctly app links from other apps? Eg: you copy an app link from a note in Evenote and you paste it in a word file. Then clicking on it will open the rigth note in the app?

Support kindly informed me that this features is not anylonger available from the latest version. This is really disappointing.

Funny enough link to the web evernote works and if from the web I ask to open the local version of the note in the app it works as well. While the link to the note in the app directly does not work. I have tried what you suggested but did not solve. I also unistalled and re-installed it. but the issue is still there.

Hello, I use Evernote on Windows and I'm used to create many App links to note both within evenote and externally. EG: from outlook appointments to related notes. Until few days ago no problem at all (except not being able to open link in new windows rather than in the main windows but is a minor point). Now I realize that none of these links works anylonger. I guess is related with last update I made recently. Any suggestion to fix it? Hello, I guess since last update, when I select tag to visualize all notes with that tag, EVernote shows me only the most recent and missess al the other. For example in one tag on the side panel list I see has 49 notes inside, but if I select the tag shows me only 2 of them. Any suggestion? Anyone else with same issue? Of course it is only on Windows version, while online and on android works perfectly.

Hi, I use evernote on Windows and I have a lot of external links to notes, from my outlook tasks and caledars, from meeting notes and as shortcut on desktop. I'm not able to open such links in a new windows, and the three dots on a frequent workflow is not so effective, moreover usually the note you see in the preview (with an external link) is not showed in the note list panel thus you cannot even double click on it. There is any way to have such link opened in a new window? PS: ctrl + click does not work for external links to notes.

When I click control it disable possibility to click on the link. What I'm doing wrong? I really need to be able to open in a new window since current Evernote windows version does not highligth the notes is previewing in the list of notes, so even click twice on the note list to open in a new windows is not feasible.

I have several searches saved in Shortcuts that helps me to select the rigth set of notes and I frequently use them. Every time I select a search in shortcut, especially if I switch from another program, Evernote gets completely white and takes several seconds to get back and show the list of notes. This is very annoying since slows down seriously the workflow. I already uninstalled and reinstalled Evernote twice but without any improvement. Any suggestion? Br, Vincenzo

I have similar issue, my Windows version freeze continuosly for few seconds and then starts working again. I will try now to follow your advice and uninstall and see if it works. will post here the outcome.
