  1. I have Office 365 locally installed on my new laptop. I followed the instructions to add the plugin and it works with my work mailbox (an O365 mailbox). However, on my IMAP mailbox, I simply don't see the plugin installed anywhere, not in the ribbon and not in the com add-ins under options. On my desktop, where I run a similar setup, everything works just fine. I can only guess this has to do with the fact that there, I installed the old plugin years ago. I have tried writing a support ticket, but the support site keeps redirecting me to a (poorly translated) Dutch version, where the "send" button is disabled. Anyone had a similar issue?
