How do I rebuild the local data?

Hi thanks for reaching out - I know all the way to create tasks, it's just the system won't let me create them presently from the main task button/option and also for tasks already created, it won't let me tick that they are complete. The Option to type () works but the task disappears and then appears back on my task list a few minutes later. I have raised a ticket as this keeps happening on my account, so I am assuming it's an account thing as opposed to a function issue.

Tried that on all my devices and now noticed my web version won't allow it either.

As of today, 16/04/2024, I can add the details for a task but when I press the create button, nothing happens The version I am using: Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Mike P I have submitted a ticket and I know that may be the solution they suggest but this remove-all is becoming a regular occurrence

As of today, Evernote for Windows will not allow me to add tasks. I either have to use the web version or my phone. I have restarted my pc and tried it on my work pc too. Both are Windows machines and worked fine on 7th Feb. The video attached showing the issue. Update - Web seems to be the same too now so might just be my account? Evernote Tasks Issue 060224.mp4

@evernote reached out to my support ticket and this worked for me: Please follow these steps as they should help you overcome the issue: Check that your content is present on Evernote Web version Go to File Explorer Search for %AppData% folder In this folder, look for Evernote and delete the entire folder Reinstall Evernote

I have been having the above issues now for about a week and half. Notes not syncing, losing content and tasks out of sync. I have used Evernote since 2011 and these issues have made my question my reliance on the product. I currently pay for Professional and my life is in there. I use it over 3 machines and they all show something slightly different at present. The support team are working on my case, like many others but Evernote needs to restore my trust. Yet over the last 10 days I have had to use backup methods, mainly Google Drive to ensure I have stuff when I need it. What are your backup methods?

I am in the same situation but they did reach out and state that due to the number of tickets responses would take longer than usual

Did all that last night and on the most up to date Evernote 10.51.7

Since yesterday, both my windows machines and my android apps will not let me create tasks. Anyone else experiencing this? I can input all the data but when I press create task, nothing happens. I have reinstalled apps and log in and out but its still the same.

Solved but means I have to share 67 notes as opposed to one Notebook 🙄

I am having a similar issue - always shared a notebook via the web and now when I refresh the link the images don't seem to show. This happens both on the web and the free account I am sharing to.

Seems to be working again today. Was just my home laptop that was affected and nothing has changed other than 24 hours and its all good. @agsteelethanks for the advice though

Is there a problem on Windows when creating tasks - see video as it will not allow me to complete the process. Windows 11 EN version 10.46.7 No issues until today 2022_10_13_181155.mp4

Just had a reply form Support and there is a known issue with continuous syncing that they are working on.

Additionally, web version is out of sync and with tasks. Web 62 Android 71 Windows 61 but last task I created is not showing. FYI had to reinstall android app last night to get it working. Screen_Recording_20220304-175803_Evernote.mp4

As of yesterday when I create tasks on Windows it will not work - see video below. Also as of upgrading my Android version yesterday all tasks are out of sync. Windows version 10.31.6 Android version 10.28(1121184) Android version seems to be continuously syncing. 2022_03_04_101757.mp4

Also seem to have lost the ability to email into Evernote. FYI I have unintalled on Android and reinstalled.
