exhausted and frustrated with lots of evernote fails and now for some reason I cannot get the gmail web clipper to work anymore?  It does not show up as an option for me anymore?  just happened the last few days??  

then, customer service continues to deteriorate as now chat is not available - UGH.  

Even if I go Evernote for free it would be frustrating, but as a professional paid account, I would expect I could at minimum have a quick chat session to get a fix (hopefully a quick fix??!!??). 

Anyone else having same issue and found a fix?

agree with @MvdH the performance is terrible now.  not sure I am seeing ANY IMPROVEMENT?  interesting as I have updated (especially on Mac OSx) many times since @BendedSpoon started taking #VictoryLaps on how great sync will be..........

current performance is such a #ProductivityKiller I have to use other options frequently.  

@agsteele as an expert and a guy #InTheKnow - what's the scoop and timeline to get us "back to" at least where it was before with sync????????

@PinkElephant - I appreciate your suggestion.  Evernote support is weak at best (usually doesn't solve the issue at first glance, many back-and-forth comms, too long to resolve).  Finding info here is usually a better "bet."  

same issue as @nualarm100.  

everything was working well for many months, then Evernote and Bended Spoon started bragging about all the improvements with recent upgrades and bam!! not working.  ugh.  brutal, 

C'mon  man - raise my rate, and produce lesser product.  not great.  

apologies if this is already posted somewhere, cannot find it after a few searches.  would like to find 

• summary of each set of release notes by product
• for example - all the 10.1 ....10.8 release notes for Mac in one place
• also, would love to see a summary of all keyboard shortcuts for Mac???
