I'm getting the same problem. I just upgraded from Vista to Win 7, AND I just dropped the Evernote premium service, so I thought one of those two things was the cause, but I do believe this "Not Responding" problem existed before. It seems to be happening a lot more now, though, like every few minutes. And it's a productivity drain. Help.
