I have Evernote 10.62.0 on my Amazon Fire tablet. I can't see any way to modify the screen layout. When I have Evernote open, it shows a row of icons down the left side of the screen. To the right of that is a list of note titles. On the right side of the screen is the currently open note. Multiple columns would be fine on my desktop system, where I have two 27-inch monitors in landscape orientation. But on my 8-inch tablet (in Portrait orientation), the icons and the note titles take up too much space, and that leaves only about 2 inches to display the note. With my poor eyesight (and thus very large font size), that leaves a maximum of 20-25 characters for the note width. Isn't there any way to display the notes in full-screen mode? Wow! Now I see it! Do the people in charge of APKMirror have any idea how bad it's user interface is? I looked at the page multiple times over the past few weeks and I could not see the search box. Not until I was looking at it with my wife looking over my shoulder and she pointed it out. The person who designed it has to be ... well, the only word I can think of is incompetent. Why would anyone create a search box that was light orange on orange? Has he ever heard of color contrast?

agsteele: I don't understand. I have never heard of apkmirror, but I found apkmirror.com - is that what you are referring to? That site seems to have a lot of different software packages, but nothing that would help me as far as I can tell. Would you please explain what you are trying to say?

How do I install Evernote on my Kindle Fire HD8 tablet? I went to the Google Play Store (play.google.com) and selected Evernote. This page has a button to [Install on more devices], but no button to install on the current device.

I Just installed Evernote on my new phone (Samsung A03s) and it is very difficult to read the notes. 1) Bold text is rendered as white with a black background. 2) The spacing is way too large. Text takes up twice as much space as it should. 3) Images do not display at all; just the image name. I tried tapping on the name but it just tried to edit it.

I got a new phone (Samsung A03s) and installed Evernote on it. It shows me a message saying "You don't have any widgets". I tried "Customize your Home" and it suggests "Reser to default widgets" but it has no effect.

I ended up with my Note List at the top of the window when I wanted it on the side. Unfortunately, nothing I could find in the UI would give me a clue how to change it back. I would recommend creating new memu entries under the View menu with the various view options: [List, Snippet, Card], [Side, Top]. I am no sure what Thumbnail is, but perhaps it belongs there too.

I said the Note List disappears when I click on a shortcut, not a link. A shortcut appears on the Left Panel under Shortcuts, and you create one by right-clicking on a note in the Note List and selecting "Add to Shortcuts".

I don't know what you mean about the green and blue links. If I click on them, it doesn't bring me to Evernote at all. It just opens an expanded window containing an image of the green and blue links. According to Evernote | Help | Check for updates, "Evernote 10.3.7 is currently the newest version available."

The Note List disappears when I click on a note shortcut - it just shows the Left Panel and the Note Panel. With the Legacy version, it will show the Left Panel, the Note List and the Note Panel, with the Note List showing the notes corresponding to the note in the Note Panel.

Thanks, that is much better. Now, is there any way to prevent the Note List from going away?

It used to be that the main Evernote window consisted of 3 panels: Left Panel, Note List and Note Panel. You always knew where to find what you wanted, because it was always on the screen. Now panels are popping up and disappearing for no good reason. Sometimes they hide behind other panels. You never know where to find stuff. Can we have the three panels back?

What's with the white tray icon? I can hardly see it. Can't we have a visible icon, like green or something?
