  1. Did an uninstall/reinstall, and that seems to have fixed it. Thank you.
  2. I think my Evernote on my Windows 10 desktop just updated itself. Evernote now won't start at all. Doubleclicking its icon has no effect. Selecting it in "all programs" has no effect. Even doubleclicking on the evernote.exe file has no effect. This is not good...
  3. I attempted to do a backup of notes, as described in the Evernote online documentation (right-click "Notebooks" and click Export Notes). It looked as if it worked -- claims to have exported 336 notes - but then it presented this error message: --- Could not export notes, error: INVALID_ATTR_TYPE Please report this problem to Evernote support ---- Does this mean that my backup attempt failed???
  4. In my Premium Evernote account, all my notes in my Windows desktop system have disappeared. My list of notebooks still shows up in the left pane, but double-clicking or clicking on any notebook has no effect. I can select a notebook in the pulldown menu in the middle pane, but that has no effect, either. It is stuck at saying "Viewing 0 notes in All Notebooks."

    In the menu bar, "New Note" is highlighted in blue, and nothing I do can change that. Every search I try is futile.

    I click "Sync" and the arrow goes around, but nothing happens.

    This has worked properly for three years, and stopped working just now.

    My notes still appear in my iPhone.

    This is not good at all...

  5. I think I've tried every possible button in the interface, but I can't find any way to create a new tag ( NOT add an existing tag to a note) in Evernote on the iPad. Also found no help in the knowledge base. Is there really no way to do this?!?
