  1. My problem is not the failure to sync, but that there is a RED EXCLAMATION MARK on the sync button on the menu bar.
  2. Hi Mr. Guru, I am sorry I did not mention that I was still able to sync at my last writing. But the red "!" is still there. So, in Chrome, W7, HP PC, I can sync. But that mark is still there. Thank you for your help. Nothing in HELP addresses this issue.
  3. Hi, the 'sync button' on menu bar has a symbol on it in 'red' ! What does this mean and what should I do about it? Chrome is current, W7, HP desk computer. Thank you for your help.
