I just upgraded my account to premium through the iOS app, and was billed by iTunes, but neither my iOS apps (I use Evernote, Hello, and Food), my Mac desktop client, nor Evernote.com reflect my upgrade. All of them still say I'm a basic user. The only possible explanation I can think of is that my iTunes account email is not the same as my Evernote account email. Any solutions to this problem? Thanks.
