Problems annotating in Sierra

Same here. I thought it might have just been my computer acting up, so I restarted a few times -- but still not working. Like others, I've managed to get it to highlight on the first page (occasionally), but not on the second page, and not after I've already made some annotations. Please help! (Evernote 6.9; Skitch 2.7.8; mac OS 10.12)
