  1. I'm an Evernote premium user. I have Samsung Galaxy Note 8, I use spen to select and take screenshot, that has an option to share to apps without saving it to gallery and that is very useful because when an image goes to gallery it will be synced to cloud and I don't want that. When I share to Evernote it automatically creates a new note with that image but most of the time I actually intended to add that image to an existing note. When I share to Samsung Notes its actually does what I'm expecting. So, I believe its achievable. Do we get on update for that?
  2. Text Highlighter Paste images directly from clipboard Resize image Annotation Code Block style All of these features are already in the native client of Evernote. I think it is inevitable that Evernote has to update their web client equivalent to their native clients. Because OneNote's web client is equal to its native client and OneNote provides a way to import all the Evernote to OneNote. And also OneNote provides a way to Annotate everything not just images but also anything and anywhere in the note best of all, all these feature are also in its web client.
  3. Even the OneNote Online supports this feature. i.e. upload image directly from clipboard and resize images.
  4. Yes please move it to votable thread. I'm referring to new Evernote Web client(which is built using ReactJS). I'm not asking anything new which is not in Evernote's native client(which I believe is powerful as a word editor). There are several use case in which Evernote Web client serve better than installable native clients for example public computers, friends laptop who won't permit me to install anything on it and most importantly using it on Linux distro .
  5. I have attached a screenshot of Microsoft Word Online, it shows how it provides mechanism to handle images i.e. when I right click it shows contextual options to Grow, Shrink and Crop. And Evernote already has two contextual options in Images, which is download and gallery. My proposal is to add 3 more which is Grow, Shrink and Annotate. I know Evernote already provide Annotate feature via Chrome plugin but that doesn't provide an option to annotate existing annotated images. And also uploading images directly from clipboard like in this discussion forum editor would complete the Evernote web as a full featured alternative to native clients.
  6. Hi Evernote, History: Many have been shouting since 2013 for a Linux client but yet there is no change is decisions. Response: Linux has less number of users. Facts: Even Microsoft have started shipping Ubuntu(Windows subsystem for Linux) in there Windows 10 desktop insider preview. Unity3D they also started developing Linux client. We even have Office Suite(libreoffice), Image Editing(Gimp), 3D(Blender) for Linux. Question: Why did a company which hated Linux(Microsoft) have to love it now? What is most widely used OS in the world? What will Evernote do if there is Android for Desktop in future(Android is Linux)?
  7. Just in curiosity I want to know whether you embedded WebKit browser in Evernote in Windows. Because when ever I do copy paste of a webpage I am getting the same content which I copied. But, Evernote in browser not work the same because it accept only rich text format not html content like Evernote in Windows does. And also want to mention that springpad in browser do this kind jobs similar to Evernote in Windows (ahh.. Springpad successfully done it !!). The following image shows the comparison This confuse me because copying and pasting the webpage inside the webpage itself(Evernote in Browser) is not working good but it works well with Windows app. And please is there any plan of releasing app for Ubuntu.
