I have this problem too. Also a big user of EN but finding it harder to use since last autumn or so due to frequent "not responding" notices. I switched off the 'folder monitoring' feature and this has helped somewhat, though the problem remains. I'm happy to send over a log file from when it occurs. I've attempted to submit a support ticket several times on this matter over the last few days, but when I click on 'submit ticket', the screen says 'submitting ticket' and nothing more happens.
