About Shiraz Mistry

  1. Hi, what did you finally end up doing. Was this what you intended with Postach.io and Evernote?
  2. Hi guys, I have been regularly getting clip error messages on my Android device. I have been trying to share an article in the Firefox browser (up to date) app and often get the following error. Also it does not matter what app I share to Evernote, I get the same error. Please see the screen captures attached. My phone is: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 1. Why is this caused? 2. What Evernote settings do I need to change on the phone to make it work as before? Look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Shiraz.
  3. Thank you for your help. I will look at the links you have provided.
  4. Hi all, I would really like someone from Evernote Business to contact me regarding how they can assist us at work. I have been using the personal (Premium) Edition for some time now and find it really useful. So my question I pose to you is: How can Evernote help me at work? Regards, Shiraz Australia
  5. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Also, a BIG thanks to the developer Rheinard Korf. I would like to see someone else take over this development as I can see a need for this project. Edit: I see this will only work for your own sites and not Wordpress.com sites as indicated in the Documentation. Wow! Makes sense to read the manual hey. lol. http://sentinote.com/documentation/ Requirements: Sentinote will only work with hosted WordPress websites (i.e. not WordPress.com sites). All good. Its nice to see someone trying something different and helping others.
  6. Hi all, I have been spending some time on creating a note with the intension of exporting this to my Wordpress account. Have you heard if this possible? If so, please let me know the steps you followed. Does it sound like too much work?
  7. I too would like a way of doing this from Pocket to Evernote. I really see no need to keep two applications when Evernote does all I need.
  8. Maybe this is off topic for Evernote Web Clipper, but if you want to do a full backup of your settings within Firefox, I highly recommend - MozBackup. In Summary: "MozBackup is a standalone utility (for Windows only) rather than a Thunderbird extension. It works by backing up a Thunderbird profile into a single file (named "*.pcv"), which can then be restored on the same Windows computer or a different one. (MozBackup can also be used to back up and restore Firefox, Mozilla Suite, and Netscape 7 profiles.) It can be downloaded from the MozBackup homepage, where additional MozBackup documentation is also available. The download web page lists what extensions it knows how to back up/restore. While Mozbackup is extremely popular in the forums, it's recommended that - if you plan on using it for regular backups - you first test it to verify that it will properly restore your Thunderbird profile." Please see the Mozilla Knowledge Base article for more information. I hope this helps.
  9. Is there a reason why you are sticking to that version of Firefox? My version is 23.0 and Web Clipper worked fine. Please consider upgrading your version of Firefox if there is not particular reason. Good luck!
