Actually, the problems started for me when I updated to 10.7.6 over a week ago.

I have the same issue. Restarting Evernote while in the middle of a phone call is unproductive. I was trying to get my team to use Evernote and they have refused due to the stability issue. It is so disappointing because the product was good for so long.
