  1. I have recurring subscription in iTunes and same issue. I am paying for it but Evernote still shows basic. I have tried all the tips but nothing. I have submitted email with screen shot of proof of payment. I am not getting any response back from Evernote. This is really frustrating. My ticket number is 1278741. Please someone help.
