About Rick Auricchio

  1. Nope, I tried several searches but nothing seems to match a partial word.
  2. Please change SEARCH so that I can type PART of a word rather than always have to begin the word to search. For example, I'd like to search for "glass" and have "eyeglasses" match. At present I must type "eye." Maybe make it an option to search Beginning With vs. Contains.
  3. Aha. That explains it. I can create alignment by using tables. Thanks.
  4. I don't know anything about OneNote. Pressing TAB just inserts several spaces, which isn't how tabs work, because space-insertion doesn't provide alignment. Virtually all apps on the Mac use standardized text and window APIs, and I'm sure those APIs support traditional tabs. Like I said, it isn't a deal-breaker, but the lack of tabs looks like a silly oversight, especially when EN provides the various font-formatting ability.
  5. Thanks. I forget that searches work so well. Even in Apple Mail I probably have more folders than I need...and in Mail, I usually do use the search rather than look through folders!
  6. I know one can have the list of all notebooks in the sidebar, but it would be helpful to allow the ability to display the last few recent notebooks. This would reduce clutter by allowing the user to suppress the list of all notebooks.
  7. It would be nice to have traditional handling of tabs in notes.
