This is happening to me too, same error msg, clearing cache changed nothing. Does anyone have a solution yet?

Same here, I'm using a Galaxy Note 8 Don't get me wrong, it's not like dial up but every time I open a note, it's at least 20 or 30 seconds before it will open or respond to edits, I'm spoiled I guess, but it sucks, I tried to go back to before the last update, and it downloads but won't install. 😭
