  1. Thanks for reporting this. I can reproduce this issue and reported it to our development team to fix. In the meantime, it looks like the workaround @gazumped offered is a good option or temporarily disabling the code block (by clicking the code block icon on the toolbar) adding a line and then re-enabling code block.
  2. Since not all browsers handle copied and pasted images in the same way, we discovered that in some cases (primarily in Chrome on Windows) images that were pasted were not actually saved to the note and instead were linked to the note. This resulted in the loss of the image when the linked file was removed. To prevent this type of loss, the paste functionality was disabled in Evernote Web. This is something we do plan to support again but I currently do not have a timeline for when this will be available. In the meantime, the drag and drop functionality should work correctly so another workaround would be to drag and drop an image onto your desktop (or other location) and then drag and drop it into a note.
  3. I reached out to you directly, @jray9242. If anyone else experiences a problem up voting, please message me directly.
  4. Just to confirm, this is not currently a feature in Evernote Web. It may be something that will be added in the future. I went ahead and moved this thread over to Web Feedback. Please feel free to up vote if this is something you would like to see in a future version of Evernote Web.
  5. Hi Everyone, Good news: this issue should be fixed in the next update to Skitch (Version 2.8). I don't have a timeline for when it will be released but please keep an eye out for the update and post here if you find this is still an issue for you.
  6. @RobinHood, I want you to know that I opened a ticket for you for this issue. Someone should be in touch with you soon to gather more information about your situation.
  7. @RobinHood, I also updated your account to Premium so you can check note history. Please let me know how this works for you.
  8. Hi brettr2, if you are unable to submit an activity log on the support form, please reply to the auto-confirmation message you receive after submitting the ticket. If you have met your quota in Evernote please include additional details about why you believe the information is not accurate. To send an activity log, try to reproduce the problem, sync your app, then follow these steps: 1. Open Skitch 2. Go to Help > Activity Log... from the menu bar 3. Copy and paste the contents from the log into your reply The activity log contains a detailed log of steps that Evernote performs and is helpful for diagnosing the problem you may be experiencing. The activity log also contains information about your account, your device, and your location information (if enabled). The titles of your notes, tags, notebooks, attached files, and, if your account was having network syncing errors, some of your note content, may also be contained in the activity log. You may edit the log file to remove anything you do not want to send us. We treat activity log data as confidential information, and the terms of our [Privacy Policy] (http://evernote.com/privacy/) apply.
  9. After following the instructions on this post, please be sure to post your ticket number here so we can ensure your case is routed correctly. Thanks!
  10. This issue should be resolved in Scannable 2.1
  11. Thanks for reporting this. We are looking into the issue. If you are experiencing this issue please submit a support ticket (see the link in my signature). Be sure to select the option "Report a bug" from the menu choices on the submission form. The following information would also be helpful to include in your submission: A brief summary of your issue An activity log from Skitch A screenshot showing your allowance has been met in Skitch but not in Evernote The email address associated with your Evernote account A link to this forum threadOnce you've submitted, please post your ticket number here.
  12. Thanks for your patience while we worked on this. Direct image URLs displaying in the browser are no longer supported on Skitch. If you would like to have the image display in the browser please switch to the "Note URL" option as shown here: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s263/sh/d35dc23f-d568-4961-a6c7-c818cf744e18/7df932e5cede565e.
  13. We expect to have this issue addressed soon. In the meantime, as a workaround, switching from the "Direct Image URL" to "Note URL" will prevent the image from downloading. Here's a screenshot of where you can make the change: https://www.evernote.com/l/AQfTXcI_1WhJYabHyBjPdE4Yffky5c7eVl4
