It was just renewed! As long as I get confirmation that none is my data is compromised 

I have a Personal account and this seems to be the only place I can ask for support. 

And I don't think anyone can help here. It's to do with the fact that the currency does not correspond with the country I moved to.

And I cannot see how to change it. 

I only get a bot that does NOT help with my issue. And no direct support from the Team of Devs. 

thanks for your responses.  By the way, another issue I have is that it is really not easy to submit feedback (the link provided only logs me in to my app on the web) or to get direct support as a Personal user. I go round in loops with that.

Is this showing who is viewing in real-time?   If so, where can I see the details? (who is "P"`?) 

I asked AI to produce a result of all files containing tables (/charts) in a given folder, but I got no result. 

I think it would be so cool if Evernote could read aloud files using AI voice integration. 

Because Elevenlabs is expensive, though, I just cannot afford both Evernote and Elevenlabs. 

Just hoping such a thing could be made possible. It would be especially helpful for non-native speakers. 

I think it would be great if Evernote could include RAG (retrieval augmented generation) for Open AI, such that I might query AI to give me a result only based on my Evernote content.

This would be helpful in reorganising folders and files, and for extracting specific content. 

Any ideas for that?

The AI function isn't working. 

It would be really useful to know more (anonymous) details when someone accesses shared folders (and individual) files. 

maybe Evernote could integrate AI to assign TAGS and suggestions for suggesting new tags based on word repetition. 

(and use AI integration to sort lists in desired ways and other purposes) 

When simply adding one or several tags, I don't want Evernote to consider it an update of the file itself,

so that it does not need to get put at the top of the folder sorted as updated file. 

only, @gazumpedthey don't all work, apparently!   I did manage to reset it however using the Cmd-0 shortcut.    But thanks. 

(cmd - shift - +) gives me a totally different thing. It jumps to a different specific folder!

once in a while I hit a wrong key-combination and all goes to a font size too small.

But the shortcut listed for zooming in for Mac does not work!

What am I doing wrong?   How can I get (not the font size) but the whole Evernote text larger?  

(And how can I turn off that shortcut that is obviously disruption for me?) 

(NB: Although I was looking for a direct reply to my question about missing features, I landed here. I must be on some list of 'negative users') 🙂

Well, I can assume it has to do with my comment from at least a year ago with a lengthy list of features which plainly went missing since V10.

There are many positive issues as well,"  (not sure, @PinkElephant, whether you were addressing me directly, as it is so hard to use this forum .... clicking a direct link from the email is one thing, but then once I log in to the forum, all disappears.) 

But to answer the question:  Some forum member (supporters)  misunderstand paying customers. 

As a paying Premium customer, who continues to be one,  I never expected so many useful features to go away. 

Some features admittedly have since slowly returned, though. And so things are looking up again. If I were 'so negative' I would have scrapped this app long ago.

I just keep adding to the list of removed features.... 

@DTLowI see what you're saying.   Only, I am talking about features that existed which were removed that Premium users were happy with. Quite a few users, I'm reading, are peaved about that.

"Cannot remove Left column"    Actually you can at least 'toggle sidebar' (in View menu) so that's cool.

Although I like the overall new design of Evernote, there are fewer features. 

why have certain features been removed: 

• I can no longer choose my own default font. (fewer choice of fonts);  in fact, I can't seem to change fonts anyway, only have Sans Serif working
• I can no longer create table of contents in folders;
• I can no longer create a PDF file from a file. (though it wasn't ideal in terms of page size, having no option at all is unfortunate);
• I can no longer use the Zoom (pinch) in a note;  only the View option has Zoom 
• I can no longer open audio files from within Evernote  -- which is most annoying. 
• Copy/ Move again (to last folder) is also no longer possible. 
• I can no longer right-click and add a word into the dictionary or stop indications of 'errors'
• Evernote no longer suggests emojis as you type allowing you to add these
•  what else is being downgraded for the same price ?? 

Were any other features removed?    And why? 

Is anyone open to discussing such? 

OK.  Admittedly, there are also some nice new features.  So I don't want to knock it: 

- I like the PDF attachment/full doc feature

I test registered from another device and this is the first window after registering an email address:  it gives the impression I have only a 7-day trial after which I would have to purchase!  This is what is misleading. 

Those who newly register think that they shall have to pay a monthly fee, and it is not made clear enough that they have the option to use the application for FREE. 

This is a pity. Can you change that, please, so that members clearly know that the monthly payment is OPTIONAL?

the only thing you can do, apart from nagging to Devs about it, is to keep updating a file you want 

and hope that others you are sharing with have their list sorted by updated files. 

 i know that exists, but I need to see their email addresses or then to select certain ones in order to contact just a few. 

I really need to be able to view all contacts' details in a list for any given shared folder. 

This could be exportable as an excel or other format...

Plus, the shared list we have could have checkboxes so that I can select some and message them in workchat.
