Thanks JBG - seems to have worked for me as well. I have (well, had) EN on 3 iOS devices plus Mac and have deleted EN from all iOS devices. Currently using reinstalled (new version) EN iOS on just iPhone and have made numerous edits and syncs to a test note on both iPhone and Mac - seems to be doing what it should with no more rogue duplicates!

Yep - still a problem for me after all. Frustrating indeed!

Logout and then log in again definitely fixed it for me - after multiple duplicates occurred with every note edit on the iPhone.
