  2. Hi @Rick112 This is Charlotte, Evernote's Community Program Manager. I've looked through our correspondence and noticed that you never completed the Evernote Community Legal Agreement. I'll go ahead and resend you the final on boarding steps to complete.
  3. Hi AlanDickey, While the Apple Pencil will 'work' on an iPad Pro, it will mostly simulate the same function as using your finger. Future releases should show additional compatibility with Penultimate. Keep an eye out for updates!

  6. Looks like you were able to get your Plus subscription transferred over to the correct Evernote account. Let us know if you have any further questions
  7. We suggest giving Web Clipper a try to collect recipes and cooking inspirations. Evernote is a great place to capture your favorite meal experiences. Also, check out our App Center Food Collection which also features Evernote-integrated food-centric apps that you might like. Your recipe clippings should be editable in Evernote, but the meal and restaurant notes are locked. We are taking note of your feedback and will definitely take it into consideration moving forward.
  8. Check out our Paperless Ambassador Jamie Todd Rubin's newest blog post as he explores the idea that some paper products are still necessary. Read his thoughts on the qualities of 'useful' paper and methods to still maintaining your paperless lifestyle here: http://www.jamierubin.net/2015/08/04/going-paperless-on-the-qualities-of-useful-paper/
  9. Sorry about the trouble! I've created support ticket #1135957 for you. You should be contacted shortly via email
  10. If you would like to retain the original notes as individual notes, or if you mistakenly merge notes, you can restore each individual note from your 'Trash' notebook.
  11. Yes! (and no) You can resize images on your Evernote for Mac Desktop. Any images that you have in a note can be resized by clicking on them and dragging the corner. I realize that the OP was asking for Windows and Android - This is currently not available for those device, but hopefully will in future versions.
  12. You can not add new participants to an existing work chat. When you attempt to add a new person to a chat, a new chat is automatically created in order to keep the info private. https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/102343993

  14. Thanks! I've escalated your issue in the queue. You should be contacted shortly via email.
  15. Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I tested and was able to replicate this on our Apple Watch. Please create a support ticket for this issue and message back your ticket number.

  17. Evernote does not allow two accounts to have the same email address - even if you deactivate an account. Deactivating your account basically means you are turning off your account access. Evernote doesn’t automatically delete your notes when you deactivate your account. You will need to reactivate your account, change the email address, and only then will that address be available to be used on another account.
  18. I would recommend creating a support ticket to further investigate this error message. The support team will be able to assist in determining what is causing this issue.
  19. If this continues, create a support ticket at evernote.com/support. You can then message back your ticket # for further investigation.
  20. Currently, individual notes shared via work chat will not be saved to your note list. Your friend will need to share the entire notebook for it to sync to your account.
  21. Our developers are working to resolve this issue. Thanks for flagging!
  22. Make sure you are not having any sync issues on your iPhone: https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/23168822
  23. Pistach.io is a third party program that uses the Evernote API integration. You can find it in the Evernote App Center here: https://appcenter.evernote.com/app/postach.io/web-apps You can find related links for Pistach.io such as product info and support links in the profile
  24. You can not currently encrypt on an iOS device. You can, however, encrypt text on Evernote for Mac or Evernote for Windows Desktop. Open a note and highlight the text you wish to encrypt Right-click or control-click the highlighted text and select "Encrypt Selected Text" Enter a passphrase into the form. You will need to enter this passphrase whenever you attempt to decrypt this text. Do not forget this passphrase, because Evernote does not store this information anywhere. Once you have set the passphrase and confirm, the text will be encrypted To decrypt the text in the future, click on the encrypted text and select 'Show encrypted text'. You will be prompted to enter your passphrase. You may also permanently decrypt the text using the same process.
